Role and responsibilities

  • Conduct site visits at our members' facilities to identify OHS risks;
  • Evaluating prevention performance;
  • Suggest corrective measures;
  • Draw up action plans and workplace inspection reports following visits;
  • Support and advise contractors on OHS risk prevention;
  • Develop and update prevention programs;
  • Develop critical work procedures and help customers implement them (lockouts, confined spaces, asbestos, working at heights, etc.);
  • Advise customers on various prevention activities such as accident investigation and analysis, CNESST inspector reports and visits, health and safety committees, etc;
  • Auditing occupational health and safety management systems;
  • Participate in the development of work tools and new prevention services;
  • Identify customers' prevention needs and propose our solutions;
  • Collaborate with the team to develop the offer and obtain new prevention mandates;
  • Carry out any other prevention-related tasks or mandates for companies.

Experience and skills :

  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience
  • Experience in CNESST file management (an asset)
  • Construction experience
  • Bilingualism (French and English) at a professional level (an asset)
  • Good knowledge of the Office 365 suite

  • Be a team player who encourages collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Demonstrate autonomy and adaptability
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage priorities and follow-ups
