The legal mortgage of the construction
The construction legal hypothec is a must for any construction contractor. Indeed, the legal hypothec is an excellent mechanism to protect a debt in case of default of payment by a client. However, certain formalities must be respected. During this training session, you will be taught the essential notions to master for the effective implementation of the legal hypothec: the work covered by the hypothec, the denunciation, the notion of "end of work", the deadlines to respect, the steps necessary for the conservation of the hypothec, etc. All of this is enhanced by concrete examples that will help you understand how these concepts can be applied to your reality as a contractor.
Cancellation / Modification
All requests to cancel or modify an activity must be made in writing.3 working days before the event. QPAT retains the full amount of the registration fee if the request to cancel the activity is made by2 working days or less.
In all cases, APECQ agrees to modify the activity at no charge. In addition, it is possible to be replaced by another person to whom the certificate will be sent.
APECQ reserves the right to cancel any training activity. In such a case, ACOEQ's sole responsibility will be to refund in full the registration fees paid by the participant.
