Role and responsibilities
Conduct site visits at our members' facilities to identify OHS risks;
Evaluating prevention performance;
Suggest corrective measures;
Draw up action plans and workplace inspection reports following visits;
Support and advise contractors on OHS risk prevention;
Develop and update prevention programs;
Develop critical work procedures and help customers implement them (lockouts, confined spaces, asbestos, working at heights, etc.);
Advise customers on various prevention activities such as accident investigation and analysis, CNESST inspector reports and visits, health and safety committees, etc;
Auditing occupational health and safety management systems;
Participate in the development of work tools and new prevention services;
Identify customers' prevention needs and propose our solutions;
Collaborate with the team to develop the offer and obtain new prevention mandates;
Carry out any other prevention-related tasks or mandates for companies.
Experience and skills :
Minimum of three (3) years' experience
Experience in CNESST file management (an asset)
Construction experience
Bilingualism (French and English) at a professional level (an asset)
Good knowledge of the Office 365 suite
Rigor, autonomy and initiative
