
Workshop objective:
This 2-hour workshop is designed to help OHS managers in the construction sector better understand the psychosocial risks associated with Bill 27, and to integrate them concretely into their OHS culture. Throughout the course, you will be asked to draw up your own action plan for integration into your organization.
What the training aims to achieve
The training enables participants to recognize the main psychosocial risks that can occur in their company, to reflect on their current OHS plan and to identify the first actions to be taken to prevent human issues linked to workload, support, recognition, autonomy and organizational justice.

In all cases, APECQ agrees to modify the activity at no charge. In addition, it is possible to be replaced by another person to whom the certificate will be sent.
APECQ reserves the right to cancel any training activity. In such a case, ACOEQ's sole responsibility will be to refund in full the registration fees paid by the participant.
